Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains how AMB Marketing Consultancy (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you use www.ambmarketingconsultancy.com or otherwise share personal information with us.
Who we are
AMB Marketing Consultancy is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Our data protection contact is Aaron Marc Bennett, who can be reached at hello@ambmarketingconsultancy.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us — for example your name, email address, phone number, job title, company and message when you use our contact form or email us.
- Technical information — such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, which our hosting and security providers process to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it and our lawful bases
- To respond to your enquiry and provide our services (contract, or steps before entering a contract).
- To run, secure and improve our website, and to prevent spam and abuse (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails where you have agreed to receive them (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under appropriate agreements, including:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com) — to deliver contact form messages to us by email.
- Our email provider — to receive and store those messages.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies (see our Cookie Policy). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies or cross-site tracking.
International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for enquiries that don’t become work, typically no longer than 24 months — and then delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal information, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@ambmarketingconsultancy.com. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exemptions.
If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
